New England Double India Pale Ale
Heavy aromatics of apricot, grapefruit, berries, and pine. This beer offers a full mouth feel that is true to style for a New England IPA. A light bitterness rounds out this extremely pleasant Double IPA.
The Twin Lights on Thacher Island in Rockport, Ma has been a beacon for sailors, merchants, and fisherman alike since 1771. The Twin Lights were the last lighthouses built under British rule and John Hancock was the one that presented the petition to the General Court to get approved. The Twin Lights are a staple in the Rockport community, and we couldn’t think of better name for our New England Double IPA than these historic monoliths.
